New Business: PUBLIC HEARING Disclosure of ex-parte contact and potential conflict of interest Zone Change Request Application No. ZON 2018-01 Applicant: Lyle School District This is a proposal to rezone the existing un-used Dallesport Elementary School parcel from Public to Airport Development (AD). The parcel is approximately 7.4 acres in size. The rezoning will facilitate the relocation of office and production campus and associated parking for Sagetech. 5.
