NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on October 3, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against the following proposal: Variance Request: VAR2016-02. Applicant: Bonnie Henderson. The variance request is to allow a permitted “hardship” 28x48’ or 1,344 square feet manufactured home be placed as an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) despite the size exceeds the maximum 900 square feet requirement. The project is located within Section 12, T5N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, Trout Lake vicinity on tax parcel 05-10-1251-0014/00. The Board of Adjustment may approve, deny, approve with conditions, table, or continue the matters to a set time and place. The application is available for review at the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 W. Main St., Goldendale, WA.
