Review of Minutes 3. New Business: PUBLIC HEARINGS Rezone request ZON2017-02, Applicant: Keith Arndt. Description: A proposal to rezone an approximately 1.68 acre parcel (Parcel 02131608240200) from Rural Center (RC) and Rural Residential II (RR2) to Rural Center (RC) to conform to the surrounding Rural Center zoning within the identified Murdock Subarea. If the rezone is approved the applicant intends to short plat the parcel into two parcels ac. & ac.) for the sole purpose of establishing two single-family residences (SFR). The proposed project is located within a portion of Section 16, T2N, R13E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Murdock Vicinity). Rezone Request: ZON2017-03 / Comprehensive Plan Amendment: CPA2017-01 Applicant: Sagetech Corporation Description: A proposal to rezone approximately 4.3 acres from Suburban Residential to General Commercial. A Comprehensive Plan Amendment is also sought from Single Family Residential to Commercial. The applicant upon completion of the rezone and comprehensive plan amendment is proposing the construction of an office and production campus with multiple buildings and associated parking. The proposed project location is within a portion of Section 19, T3N, R11E, W.M. Klickitat County, WA (Parcel number 03111909100200, White Salmon vicinity). Rezone Request: ZON2017-04 Applicant: Clayton Ohemus. Description: A proposal is to rezone an approximate 22.06 acre parcel from Resource Lands (RL) to Rural Residential 2 (RR2). If the rezone is approved, the applicant will submit an application for a 4- lot short plat. The property is located within Section 12, T4N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (South of BZ Corner, adjacent to and west of State Route 141, between Heath Street and Husum Heights Rd, Parcel #04101200002000). 4.
