KLICKITAT COUNTY WITHDRAWAL OF SEP2017-31 AND RE-ISSUANCE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE AS SEP2018-12 NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) issued on November 21, 2017 (SEP2017-31) has been withdrawn by the Klickitat County SEPA Responsible Official, and is being re-issued as SEP2018-12 based on the reports and information submitted by the applicants. Applicants: Des & Sheryl Verley Project Description: A proposal to divide 58 acres into 4 lots (SPL2017-23). Proposed lot 1 and 2 will contain 2 acres each; proposed lot 3 will contain 2.36 acres, and proposed lot 4 will contain the remaining 51.64 acres. Lots will gain access from Ridgeview Road (pvt.) and from De Bo Road (pvt.). Lots will be served by individual wells and on-site septic systems. Location of Proposal: The project is located within portions of Section 18, T4N, R11E, W.M. Klickitat County, WA. Husum vicinity on tax parcel number 04-11-1810-1603/00. This decision was made after review of the submitted concerns/comments. The Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copy of the MDNS is available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., August 17, 2018. Appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to class A projects, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
