Klickitat County Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Determination of Non-significance (DNS) on May 18, 2017, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposal: DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: SEP2017-09: Applicant: Christopher Pimley, Project description: A two lot short plat of 1 acre located within Section 13, T3N, R10E, W.M. Klickitat County, WA (tax parcel: 03101334000400) After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the DNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 pm June 9, 2017. Appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to class A projects, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
