The Board reserves the opportunity to change the order and time of the items noting that the agenda may be subject to last minute revisions which may include additions, deletions and/or changes. 8) Memorandum from the Planning Department scheduling a public meeting to be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 1:30 PM to consider approval of Boundary Line Adjustment BLA2016-08; Applicant: Brashers, Rodgers and Sorensen. 9) Resolution in the matter of scheduling a public hearing to be held at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 for the 2018 – 2023 Capital Improvement Plan a copy of which is on file in its offices for public review. 10) Resolution in the matter of adopting the 2018 Preliminary Budget, a copy of which is on file in its offices for public review, and sets a Public Hearing for December 5, 2017 at 1:30 PM which hearing may be continued on subsequent days as needed to reach a final budget and allows citizens to submit written comments related to the 2018 Preliminary Budget until 5:00 PM on December 4, 2017. 11) Resolution in the matter of approving a continuation of the stipend for the Interim Public Health Director in the amount of $720 per pay period until withdrawn by the Board of Commissioners. 12) Concurrence to Award Bid and Small Works Contract between Rod Roeder and Klickitat County (Public Works Department) for 2017-2018 Klickitat Count Snow Removal for the Pioneer Center as bid in the amount of $102.13 per hour which includes applicable sales tax. 13) Concurrence to Award Bid and Small Works Contract between J+S Enterprises and Klickitat County (Public Works Department) for 2017-2018 Klickitat Count Snow Removal for County Parking Lots as bid in the amount of $96.75 per hour which includes applicable sales tax. 14) Personnel Authorization to begin the advertising process to fill a vacant Communications Officer position at Grade 3606U, Step 1 ($16.50 per hour) through Step 4 ($20.23 per hour) within the Emergency Management Department. This agreement will commence upon final signature and terminates September 30. 2018. Note: Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Rebecca Sells has reviewed and approved the application as to form. One original application requiring signature. 6) County Program Agreement/Home Delivered Meal Service (DSHS Contract #1863-18898) between the State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services, Aging and Long Terms Support Administration/Area Agency on Aging and Klickitat County (Senior Services Department) to provide home delivered meals services. The period of performance for this agreement is January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. Note: Prosecuting Attorney David Quesnel has reviewed and approved this agreement as to form. Two original documents requiring signature. 7) Amendment No. 14 to the Klickitat County Health Department 2015 – 2017 Consolidated Contract C17115 for the purpose of increasing the maximum consideration by $9,000 for a total of $874,796 and Amending Statements of Work for the FPHS Communicable Disease and Support Capabilities – Effective July 1, 2017 and Maternal and Child Health Block Grant – Effective January 1, 2015. All other terms and conditions of the original contract and any subsequent amendments remain in full force and effect. Note: Prosecuting Attorney David Quesnel has reviewed and approved this agreement as to form.
