NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing May 21, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against the following proposal: ZON2018-01: A proposal to rezone the existing un-used Dallesport Elementary School parcel from Public to Airport Development (AD). The rezoning will facilitate the relocation of the office and production campus with associated parking for Sagetech. The proposed project location is within a portion of Section 33, T2N, R13E, W.M. Klickitat County, WA (Parcel number 02133314000100, Dallesport vicinity). The Planning Commission may make recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners on the proposal or continue the matter to a set time and place. Related information is available for review at the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 W. Main St., Goldendale, WA.
