Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non- significance (MDNS) on March 16, 2017, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084, as amended, for the following proposal: SEP2017-04; Applicant: Bernie and Beverly Elsner. The proposal is for a short plat of approximately 148+ acres into two lots. The property is located within a portion of Section 30, T4N, R11E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Parcel 04113000000600, Husum Vicinity). After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 pm April 7, 2017. Appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to a Class A project, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
