NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing relating to a plat alteration application on February 06, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against a plat alteration application to vacate that portion of Bristle Cone bisecting Lot 179 in Ponderosa Park Plat 4, and to relocate the access by extending Balsam Way. Applicants: Patterson Family Trust, Robert Baker and Mary Lane Baker and Gregson-Murphy Living Trust. The property is located within a portion of Section 29, T 05 N, R 16 E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Goldendale vicinity) on tax parcel # 05-16-2962-0179-00 and will affect tax parcel 05-16-2962-0178-00, 05-16-2962-0181-00 and 05-16-2962-0180-00. The Board of County Commissioners may approve SUB2017-02, approve with conditions, table or take no action, or continue the matter to a set time and place.
