Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) on September 7, 2017, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084, as amended, for the following proposals: SEPA 2016-01. Applicants: Lane and Betsy Smith. A proposal to divide 29.21 acre parcel into two lots, a 27.75 acre lot and a 1.46 acre lot. There is an existing residence on the proposed 1.46 acres lot and there are no plans for any new construction. This MDNS is re-issued to address cultural resources concerns. The proposal is located within portions of Section 25, T4 N, R10E, W.M. Klickitat County, WA. (Husum vicinity, parcel number 04102500000500). SEPA 2017-21. Applicant: Richard Searcy. A proposal to divide approximately 1.00-acres into 2 lots. The property is located within a portion of Section 24, T03N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (White Salmon vicinity, parcel number 03102402000300). SEPA 2017-22. Applicant: Loik Home LLC, Mat Loikkanen. A proposal to divide approximately 1.00-acres into 2 lots. The property is located within a portion of Section 24, T03, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (White Salmon vicinity, parcel number 03102402000400). After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that these proposals will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 pm September 29, 2017. Appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to class A projects, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
