NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing July 17, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against the following proposal: A request from Dean Enterprises to rezone approximately 22.09 acres (Lot 4 SPL2006- 49), Parcel #06102280000400 from Rural Residential 2 (RR2) & Forest Resource (FR) to General Rural (GR5). The proposed project is located within a portion of Sections 22, T6N,10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Trout Lake Vicinity The Planning Commission may make recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners on the proposal or continue the matter to a set time and place.
