(1:45): Consent Agenda: 1) Memorandums from the Planning Department schedule public meetings to be held Tuesday, July 10, 2018 as follows: • Public Meeting: Consider approval of a subdivision plat alteration to vacate a portion of Bristlecone Lane lying within Lot 179, Ponderosa Park Plat IV, SUB 2017-02, Parcel No. 05-16-2962-0178/00, 05-16-2962-0181/00, and 05-16-2962-180/00 (Goldendale vicinity) Subdivision SUB 2017-02; Applicants: Richard & Barbara Patterson, Robert & Mary-Jane Baker, Richard Gregsen and Rose Murphy. • Public Meeting: Consider approval of a 5 lot Short Plat, SPL 2017-19, Parcel No. 05-15- 2200-0019/00 (Goldendale vicinity); Applicants: Ronald & Carina Schmidt. • Public Meeting: Consider approval of a 3 lot Short Plat SPL 2016-13, Parcel No. 03-12- 0355-0002/00 and 03-12-0355-0003/00 (Lyle vicinity); Applicants: Terry & Ann Anthony and Jerri England. 2) Final Contract Voucher Certificate and Release of Retainage in the amount of $2,340.00 certifying all contract requirements have been met by H.W.H Construction for the Assessor’s Office security upgrade carpentry project KN9-2-N17012. 3) FARR Project Grant Agreement Amendment (Project No. 13-1565D) between Klickitat County (Public Works Department) and the State of Washington Recreation and Conservation Office for the purpose of increasing funding from $97,000 to $357,437 by which the grant was made from the Firearms Range Account to be used to develop phase 1 of a new firearms range in Klickitat County located in Dallesport, Washington. The total grant award shall not exceed $357,438 and all other respects the agreement shall remain in full force and effect. 4) Resolution from the Solid Waste Department for authorization to purchase 500 Light my Fire Reusable Utensils for the Klickitat County Fair promotional item. The total cost of this purchase is $1,617.34 including applicable sales tax, and shipping. 5) Professional Economic Development Services Agreement between Klickitat County Public Economic Development Authority (KCPEDA) and Klickitat County (Economic Development Department) for the purpose of providing professional economic development services as reflected in Associate Development Organization Grant Contract #S18-75106-568 between KCPEDA and Washington State Department of Commerce. Fees of this agreement will be paid by KCPEDA in the amount of $35,000. Local matching funds will be allocated by Klickitat County (Economic Development Department) in the amount of $11,175. The term of this agreement is July 1, 2018 and terminates June 30, 2019. 6) SFY 2019 Victim Witness Assistance Grant Agreement between Washington State Department of Commerce, Office of Crime Victims Advocacy, Community Services and Housing Division and Klickitat County (Prosecutor’s Office) for the purpose of providing funding in the amount of $70,863.00 to support Victim/Witness program activities, effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. 7) Resolution in the matter of declaring one 2004 Taurus Wagon license #65150C (Vin #1FAFP582X4A203296) to be surplused and removed from the Public Health Department’s inventory for disposal through a public sale or auction by the Klickitat County Treasurer. 8) Resolution in the matter of closing the Planning Departments petty cash fund in the amount of $75. 9) Maintenance, Repair and Support Agreement between Klickitat County (Superior Court) and Justice AV Solutions (JAVS) for the purpose of performing a bi-annual inspection, review of ---PAGE BREAK--- (Note: The times on the agenda are approximate. JAVS will inspect the system logs for errors, update the Windows Operating System, hardware drivers, specific programs related to the capture and playback of the recordings, and will provide revisions to the installed JAVS software and to the JAVS recorders for a fixed fee of $4,755.00, including any applicable state tax, effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. 10) Resolution in the matter of setting a public hearing to be held Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at 1:30 PM to consider a supplemental budget and amendments for the 2018 budget for fund 133 in the sum of $34,018.
