NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on April 1, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearings is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against the following proposal: Conditional Use Application CUP2012-13: Application for the purpose of amending CUP 2009-07 and adding 3 regular and 2 handicapped rooms; connecting the main house to the garage via an enclosed hallway; add an additional exit from the 2nd floors of the main house and garage; build a free standing sunroom and build eight small non-residential meditation huts. Located within a portion of Section 5, T5N, R11E, W.M., Klickitat, WA (46 Stoller Road, Trout Lake, WA). Conditional Use Application CUP2013-01 For the purpose of allowing an additional housing unit as a retirement residences. The proposed location is within a portion of Section 2, T3N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat, WA 11 Campbell Road, Husum Vicinity). Conditional Use Application CUP2013-02 For the purpose of operating a youth camp at the Lyle High School July 6 through August 10, 2013. The proposed location is within a portion of Section 2, T2N, R12E, W.M., Klickitat, WA (Lyle Vicinity). The Board of Adjustment may approve, deny, approve with conditions, table, or continue the matter to a set time and place. The application is available for review at the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 W. Main St., Goldendale, WA.
