Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) on April 27, 2018, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084, as amended, for the following proposal: SEP 2018-08: A proposal to rezone approximately 7.32 acres from Tourist Commercial to Industrial Park. The applicant upon completion of the rezone will be expanding a current lumber remanufacturing plant. The proposed project location is within a portion of Sections 26 and 27, T2N, R113, W.M. Klickitat County, WA (Parcel numbers 02132715020100; 02132715020200; 02132715020300 and 02132715020400, Dallesport vicinity). After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 pm May 18, 2018. Appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the applicable appeal fees, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
