Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) on April 13, 2018, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposals: SEPA: SEP2018-07; Applicant: Mark Jobe. Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) and Binding Site Plan Application. The developer is proposing to develop approximately 5.29 acres located in the General Commercial (GC) zone. Lots within this binding site plan will be developed in accordance with the underlying zoning. A duplex is currently under construction on proposed Lot 2. Proposed Lot 1 contains a mini storage facility. The proposal is located within Section 32, T4N, R16E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Goldendale vicinity, also known as Lot 4 of SPL2016-10) on tax parcel 04-16-3216-1004/00. After review of the completed environmental checklists and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that these proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental reviews will be accepted until 5:00 pm May 4, 2018. Appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to class A projects, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
