Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non- significance (MDNS) on April 13, 2017, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084, as amended, for the following proposal: SEP2017-05; Applicant: Brian and Vicky DeWalt. Project description: An application for a short plat of approximately 2.09 acres into two lots. The property is located within a portion of Section 23, T3N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (White Salmon vicinity) on tax parcel 03102354000200. After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 pm May 5, 2017. Appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to a Class A project, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
