Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non- significance (MDNS) on June 21, 2017, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084, as amended, for the following proposal: SEPA2017-11 Applicant: Vic and Kathy Miller. A Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) and a Short Plat Application requesting to divide approximately 1.17 acres into 2 lots. The property is located within a portion of Section 14, T3N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (White Salmon vicinity) on tax parcel 03101457000300 SEPA2017-12: Applicant: Robert Durham. A Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) and a Short Plat Application requesting to divide approximately 4.88 acres into 2 lots. The property is located within a portion of Section 14, T3N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (White Salmon vicinity) on tax parcel number 0310140000130. After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 pm July 14, 2017. Appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to a Class A project, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
