Klickitat County Determination of Mitigated Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non- significance (MDNS) on August 31, 2016, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposals: SEPA2016-26. Applicant: James and Irene Hill. A three lot short plat of 20 acres located within Section 22, T4N, R12E, W.M. Klickitat County, WA, Appleton vicinity. SEPA2016-27: Applicant Brad Fowler: A two lot short plat of 20.38 acres located within Section 34, T4N, R11E, W.M. Klickitat County, WA, Snowden vicinity. After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that these proposals will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 pm September 23, 2016. Appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to class A projects, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
