The application includes the site specific studies for impacts to habitatlwildlife impacts and cultural resource impacts but does not include a site specific stormwater management plan. Correspondence of July 16, 200tJ, from you to the Planning Department requests a deferral of submission of a grading and stormwater plan until such time as WPP (Windy Point Partners) applies for the construction stormwater general permit. Per the authority granted to me under the EOZ ordinance I hereby approve, for the purpose of determining application completeness, deferral of the submission of a stormwater management plan. Furthermore, I deem the application as complete - however, please note that during the permit review process, it is typical for the County Planning Department to request additional information and clarification. As an example, the County will need to clarify the status of any necessary easements, and confirm landowner consent, for all parcels the project is proposed for location on, including "alternative" locations. Please submit 35 hard copies and 50 electronic copies of the application to the Planning Department for our permit review/processing requirements.
