How to attach the bag on the ClearStream frame. 1) Start with the bag suspended in the middle of the expanded 3/8th inch steel frame. 2) Pull about 6 inches of the bag through the metal loop at the top of the frame, in the direction going from inside the frame toward the outside of the frame. The plastic should pass over the lower part of the metal loop at the top of the frame and below the upper part of the metal loop, extending out about 6 inches. 3) Then fold the 6 inches of plastic back over the top and around the ends of the metal loop. 4) Pull down and toward the center of the expanded metal frame to secure the corners. Through the Loop 6" Over the Loop 3" Pull sides down & in! 5) Repeat for the other side of the bag and frame. 6) Push down on both sides of the metal frame to expand the frame to the fullest extent. 7) Snap the lid into place on the top bar of the metal frame. If you look at the underside of the lid you will see where the molded plastic clips are located and where to apply pressure to snap them onto the frame. 8) To make the frame more secure in windy locations use two tent stakes, one on each side of the base of the metal frame. Place the stakes to the inside of the frame.
