The application includes the site specific studies for impacts to habitatlwildlife impacts and cuiturai resource impacts but does not inciude a site specific stornlwater management plan. It is my understanding that a grading and stormwater plan will be submitted at the time Northwest Wind Partners applies for the construction stormwater general permit. Per the authority granted to me under the EOZ ordinance I hereby approve, for the purpose of determining application completeness, deferral of the submission of a stornlwater management plan. Furthermore, I deem the application as complete. This determination does not preclude the County from requesting additional information during its review process. Please submit 35 hard copies and 50 electronic copies of the EOZ application and expanded SEPA checklist to the Planning Department for our permit reviewlprocessing requirements.
