PUBLIC HEARING A. Planned Development Permit (PDP 12-04/PLN-2012-03655.) The site consists of approximately .57 acres and is located at 4711 W. Metaline Ave, near N. Arthur St. The proposal requests to increase the maximum density from 13 units per acre to 14 units per acre to allow an 8 unit apartment building to be added to the existing Kamiakin Apartment complex. The applicant is Jason Rennaker of Kamiakin Apartments, LLC (412 N.W. 5th Ave, Portland, OR 97209.) B. Preliminary Plat (PP 12-08/PLN-2012-03999). The site is approximately 3.67 acres and is proposed to be divided into 14 single-family lots. The applicant is Austin Roupe of Envision Homes (2000 6th Ave, Suite 523, Seattle, WA 98121) for Royal Ann Estates Phase 3B. IV. ADJOURN
