Address: Summary of Incident: On the above date and time Kennewick Police Officers responded to the area of W. 42nd Avenue/ S. Kent Street reference a male who had just burglarized a home occupied by a thirteen year old male who'd been there by himself. The juvenile had fled to a neighbor's residence to call Police. Officers were able to locate the suspect male running in the area and they identified him as Nicholas Ertel. Once he was placed under arrest, he was searched incident to arrest and a .380 cal. handgun was located as well as narcotics, and cash. Ertel was booked into the Benton County Jail for Residential Burglary and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
