NOTICE OF APPLICATION Map on Back Proposal: An application for a Plat Alteration to the Bridgewater Park preliminary plat has been submitted by Nathan Machiela of Hayden Homes (2464 S.W. Glacier Place, Suite 110, Redmond, Oregon 97756). The applicant is proposing to reduce the total number of lots in the original preliminary plat area from 148 to 143 lots. The site is located west of Clodfelter Road and north of W. 10th Avenue. Phase 1, consisting of 22 lots, has already been final platted and developed, so that area is being left out of the plat alteration. The remaining area being altered is approximately 27.83 acres in size with 121 lots proposed. The smallest lot size is 4,749 square feet and the largest lot size is 12,838 square feet. The average lot size is 5,703 square feet. The site is currently zoned Residential Medium Density District (RM), and is subject to the single-family design standards. The Comprehensive Plan designation is Medium Density Residential. The file number is PVA 13-01/PLN-2013- 02039. Open Record Hearing: The City of Kennewick Hearing Examiner will conduct an open record hearing at 6:00 p.m. on August 12, 2013 in the Council Chambers in Kennewick City Hall at 210 W. 6th Avenue, Kennewick, WA 99336. Testimony will be taken at this meeting. The Hearing Examiner is expected to make a decision for the Preliminary Plat Alteration following this meeting. Public Comment Period: You may submit comments at any time until July 31, 2013, before 4:30 p.m. Comments submitted on or before July 31, 2013 will be included in the Hearing Examiner’s meeting packet. Comments after July 31, 2013 can be submitted at the Public Hearing. Environmental Documents and/or Studies Applicable to this Study: A Revised Environmental Determination No. 10-64 was issued on July 16, 2013. Determination of Completeness: The application was declared complete on July 19, 2013 for the purpose of processing.
