PUBLIC HEARING A. Substantial Development Permit (SDP 15-02/PLN-2015-00943). The site is a portion of approximately 58.4 acres in size and located on Clover Island between the Yacht Club Building and Port of Kennewick office building. The proposal is a request to construct a new 326-foot long concrete walkway and elevated boardwalk. The scope of work includes artwork, display kiosk, a pathway to Clover Island Drive, and pedestrian lighting. The applicant is Larry Peterson of Port of Kennewick, 350 Clover Island Drive, Suite 200, Kennewick, WA, 99336. IV. ADJOURN
