Address: Summary of Incident: This investigation was initiated on 15 June 2016 and was originally reported as rumors of the existence of a video wherein an adult female was engaged in sexual acts. This alleged video was distributed to underage children. The information reported alleged the adult female was a teacher currently employed by the Kennewick School District. The identity of the suspect was confirmed as Tonie Reiboldt, age 43, who has been employed with the Kennewick School District as a physical education teacher. Thus far, this investigation has revealed multiple victims wherein the suspect sent sexually explicit videos of herself to children under the age of 16. Some of the victims have been previous students of the suspect. At this time, we do not have any specific information concerning the suspect having actual physical contact with any of the victims. This investigation remains active, working in conjunction with the Kennewick School District administration, and the Benton County Prosecutor’s office. The suspect was booked into Benton County Jail today charged with 3 counts of Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purposes (felony).
