PUBLIC HEARING A. Preliminary Plat (PP 14-02/PLN-2014-01538). The site is approximately 4.3 acres in size located at 4131 W. Hood Avenue, between W. Hood Avenue and W. Clearwater Avenue east of S. Volland Street. The proposal requests the site be divided into fifteen (15) single family lots. The applicant is Brad Beauchamp of B.M.B. Development, (P.O. Box 6912, Kennewick, WA 99336). IV.
