The City Manager shall adjust the permit fees and publish them each December to take effect the beginning of each year. In no event shall the cumulative change in rates or charges be less than zero nor more than four percent per year. Unit prices shall be to the nearest dollar. This chart presents the latest adopted schedule of fees for various project and land use permits. If a land use or project requires a fee, the fee must be paid prior to the staff accepting land use or project permit applications. If an item is required to be recorded, recording fees charged by Benton County also apply.
