PUBLIC HEARING A. Substantial Development Permit (SDP 15-01/PLN-2015-00494). The site is a portion of approximately 58.4 acres in size and located on Clover Island. The proposal is a request to replace an existing boat launch ramp, construct a new restroom, boat trailer parking lot, sidewalks, a seating/table area, landscaping, site lighting, and artwork. The applicant is Larry Peterson of Port of Kennewick, 350 Clover Island Drive, Suite 200, Kennewick, WA, 99336. IV.
