Address: Summary of Incident: On 04-06-16 at approximately 0110 hours officers were dispatched to 401 W. 11th Avenue for a disturbance Justin Westfall was at the location against a no contact order and had kicked in the front door of the residence. The protected person listed on the protection order, Andrea Slocum, was hiding at the location. After Westfall gained entry to the residence one of the residents sprayed him in the face with bear spray. Westfall fled the location. Officers located Westfall in his vehicle on Canal Drive and he was taken into custody without incident. Westfall was booked at the Benton County Jail for Residential Burglary and Order Violation-DV.
