NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MAP ON BACK Proposal: An application for a preliminary plat has been submitted by Dan Swanson of KDS Development, LLC. (32814 SE 110th St, Issaquah, WA 98027) for the Southridge Terrace subdivision. The site is located at 21301 S Sherman Pl. The site consists of approximately 8.25 acres and is proposed to be divided into thirty (30) single family lots. The site is currently zoned Residential Medium Density District (RM). The Comprehensive Plan designation is Medium Density Residential. The file number is PP 13-01/PLN-2013-01002. Open Record Hearing: The City of Kennewick Hearing Examiner will conduct an open record hearing at 6:00 p.m. on August 12, 2013 in the Council Chambers in Kennewick City Hall at 210 W. 6th Avenue, Kennewick, WA 99336. Testimony will be taken at this meeting. The Hearing Examiner is expected to make a decision following this meeting. Public Comment Period: You may submit comments at any time until July 30, 2013, before 4:30 p.m. Comments submitted on or before July 30, 2013 will be included in the Hearing Examiner’s meeting packet. Comments submitted after 4:30 p.m. July 30, 2013 can be submitted at the Public Hearing. Environmental Documents and/or Studies Applicable to this Study: A Revised Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance ED 13-15 was issued for the Southridge Terrace preliminary plat project on June 20, 2013. Determination of Completeness: The application was declared complete on April 22, 2013 for the purpose of processing. Project Permits Associated with this Proposal: None Preliminary Determination of Regulations Used for Project Mitigation: Title 18 (Zoning), Title 17 (Subdivision) of the Kennewick Municipal Code and the land use policies contained in the Kennewick Comprehensive Plan.
