PUBLIC HEARING A. Appeal: Additional Animal application number AA14-01/PLN-2014-00403 to allow one dog over the maximum of three dogs at 1515 W. 19th Avenue was denied. The applicant has appealed the City’s decision to deny the additional animal permit B. Preliminary Plat (PP 14-01/PLN-2014-0527): Application for a preliminary plat has been submitted by Kevin Barney for BRL Development, LLC (1207 W. Columbia Drive, Kennewick, WA 99336). The site is located south of W. 45th Avenue and west of S. Olympia Street at 1900 W. 50th Avenue. The site consists of a parcel approximately 20.7acres in size, and a portion of an adjacent parcel that is 119.8 acres. The total area of land for the preliminary plat is approximately 33.9 acres and is proposed to be divided into 75 single-family lots. The smallest lot size is 12,600 square feet and the largest lot size is 29,304 square feet. The average lot size is 16,030 square feet. The site is currently zoned Residential Low Density District (RL), and is subject to the single-family design standards. The Comprehensive Plan designation is Low Density Residential. IV.
