The site is two lots for a total of 38.28-acres generally located at 8523 W. 10th Avenue, is proposed to be divided into 84 lots zoned Residential, Low Density District (RL). The applicant is Justin Baerlocher, J-U-B Engineers, Inc, 2810 W. Clearwater Ave, #201, Kennewick, WA 99336. IV. ADJOURN
