PUBLIC HEARING A. Preliminary Plat (PP 13-01/PLN-2013-01002.) The site consists of one parcel approximately 8.24 acres in size located at 21301 S Sherman Pl. The proposal requests the site be divided into thirty (30) lots for single family homes, developed in three phases. The applicant is Dan Swanson, KDS Development, LLC (32814 SE 110th St, Issaquah, WA 98027) for Richard and Kimberly Hendrickson (3315 S. Sherman St, Kennewick, WA 99338.) B. Preliminary Plat Alteration (PVA 13-01/PLN-2013-02039.) The request is to reduce the total number of preliminary plat approved lots from 148 to 143 lots. Phase 1 consisting of 22 lots has been final platted and legal lots created. The preliminary plat alteration area includes the remaining phases consisting of 121 lots on approximately 23.89 acres. The site is located west of Clodfelter Road and north of W. 10th Avenue. The applicant is Nathan Machiela, Hayden Homes, LLC (2464 SW Glacier Pl, Ste 110, Redmond, OR 97756) for John and Janet Cauffman, Trustees (PO Box 11927, Santa Ana, CA 92711.) IV. ADJOURN
