PUBLIC HEARING A. Preliminary Plat (PP) No. 12-01/PLN-2012-00011 is for a subdivision on three parcels approximately 286.21 acres in size. The project site will be divided into four hundred fourteen (414) single-family lots with twenty one (21) phases of development. The applicants (Milo Bauder and Grant Young, 2495 Morency Drive, Richland) have also submitted a Planned Development permit (PDP) No. 12-02/PLN-2012-03032 to ask for a deviation from the minimum density of 3 units per acre to allow 2.875 units per acre. The project site is west of S. Sherman Street and north future Hildebrand Boulevard. IV. ADJOURN
