The site is on a portion of two parcels for a total of 10.61-acres generally located south of Ridgeline Drive and east of the future extension of S. Sherman Street, and is proposed to be divided into 28 lots zoned Residential, Medium Density District (RM). The applicant is Matt Smith, William Smith Properties, Inc., 15 SW Colorado Avenue, Suite 1, Bend, OR, 97702. IV. ADJOURN
