Defendant’s Name: Age Do not release name if a juvenile. Address: Summary of Incident: Kennewick, Wa. Mendoza was driving his father's Chevy Tahoe eastbound on W. 4th Ave at a high rate of speed and drove right through the center area of the roundabout at Kellogg causing the vehicle to roll numerous times and ejecting the 18 year old driver, Emilio A. Mendoza-18 of Kennewick. A juvenile female passenger, age 17 of Kennewick was also inside the SUV and was treated and released via Kadlec for her injuries. The ejected driver was transported to Trios Hospital with possible serious injuries. Mendoza is being flown to Sacred Heart with a fractured hip and leg. Speed and driver impairment are believed to have contributed to the collision.
