PUBLIC HEARING A. Preliminary Plat (PP 12-09/PLN-2012-04024.) The site consists of approximately 32.6 acres and is located north of Ridgeline Drive (formerly Leslie Rd) and west of Clodfelter Road. The proposal requests to divide the site into one hundred thirty-one (131) single-family lots. The applicant is Matt Smith of Tri Cities Development Co. LLC (15 S.W. Colorado Avenue, Bend, OR 99702) for the Canyon Ranch subdivision. IV. ADJOURN
