Defendant’s Name: Age Do not release name if a juvenile. Address: Summary of Incident: Daniel Wink assaulted his girlfriend by punching in the face and head. He also strangled her twice, restricting her breathing both times. Wink threatened to kill the victim and her son as well. Officers were not able to locate Wink and an Attempt to Locate was broadcast. There is probable cause to arrest Wink for Assault in the Second Degree - Domestic Violence.
