KENNEWICK PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT BALLFIELD RENTAL 2016 Reservations will begin March 1st (weather permitting) Reserve and view field availability on-line! Go to www.kennewickrecreation.com, click on the “Reserve Now” button, then “Create Account”, then View and/or Reserve. Fields available for use: *Fields with lights Civic Center Athletic Area K-1 * (No men’s teams &/or teams with home run hitters.) K-2 * (No men’s teams) K-3 Formally K-5 (youth & women only) K-4 (open to all) by old Rec. office Lawrence Scott Park LS-1 LS-2 LS-3 LS-4 * (Open to all, except; no Men on S-1) Southridge Complex SR-1*, SR-2*, SR-3*, SR-4* Fruitland Youth only (skinned – all dirt infield) Sunset Youth only (skinned – all dirt infield) Underwood Youth only (skinned – all dirt infield) Yelm Youth only (skinned – all dirt infield) Highland Grange Youth only (grass infield and no bases) (Overlaid with soccer) Inspiration Youth only (grass infield and no bases) Rental Information: 1. Fields will be rented on a first-come, first-served basis only. 2. Teams may reserve an unlimited number at the time of reservation, but remember there are no refunds. 3. Reservations, or changes to a reservation, must be done 72 hours in advance (3 days) 4. Inclement Weather: No refunds will be given 5. There may be times when reservations may have to be cancelled for Recreation Programs and/or field maintenance. (Credits/refunds will be given) 6. Practice fields can be reserved three different ways: a. A team may reserve fields on-line – see above for information/restrictions. b. A team may reserve fields in person at the Recreation Services office between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, at 2901 Southridge Blvd., the Southridge Sports Complex. c. A team may reserve fields over the phone using a credit/debit card( Visa, MC, AX, & Discover), 585-4293, between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 12:30 – 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. Please know the date, time and location you are wanting before calling. 7. Fees: Without Lights $12.00 per hour (All complexes & multi-use fields) $7.00 per hour (youth fields) With Lights $19.00 per hour (hours are pre-set) Cash, check or credit/debit cards (Visa, MC, American Express & Discover) will be accepted. Checks should be made out to the City of Kennewick. Any returned checks will constitute disqualification of the reserving team from further practice or games until payment and a $45.00 NSF Service Fee is paid to the City of Kennewick.
