Address: 402 E 10th Ave #44 Kennewick Washington Defendant’s Name: Age Do not release name if a juvenile. Address: Summary of Incident: On 06/04/2016 at about 6:00 am the Kennewick Police Department responded to assist the Kennewick Fire Department medics at 1021 W 4th Avenue. 20 Year old Jesse Cooper had been sleeping in a vehicle that was parked at 1000 W 4th Ave. At about 6:00 am Jesse's friends that live in apartment J201 at 1000 W 4th Avenue moved the vehicle Jesse was sleeping in to 1021 W 4th Ave. Jesse was not responsive when they tried to wake him; they called 911 and started CPR. Kennewick Fire Department medics arrived and tried to revive Jesse but could not. Jesse's death does not appear to be suspicious; the cause of death is being confirmed.
