15.16 - 1 CHAPTER 15.16 HOUSING CODE SECTION: 15.16.010: Adoption Of The 1997 Uniform Housing Code 15.16.030: Section 205 Added - Written Notice Of Violation 15.16.040: Section 304 Added - Inspection - Procedure 15.16.010: Adoption of the 1997 Uniform Housing Code: The 1997 Uniform Housing Code is hereby adopted. (Ord. 3808 Sec. 1, 1998: Ord. 3664 Sec. 17, 1995: Ord. 3408 Sec. 5, 1992: Ord. 3210 Sec. 6, 1989: Ord. 3002, Sec. 3, 1986: Ord. 2764 Sec. 14, 1983: Ord. 2490 Sec. 4 (part), 1980) 15.16.030: Section 205 Added - Written Notice of Violation: Penalties as described herein shall not be invoked until the person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be given at least five days written notice of such violation and reasonable time to correct said violation. (Ord. 2490 Sec. 4 (part), 1980: Ord. 2083 Sec. 3 (part), 1977) 15.16.040: Section 304 Added - Inspection - Procedure: The owner, tenant, or agent for either must accompany the Building Official on all inspections as required in this chapter except that if he refuses to do so the Building Official may proceed to make such an inspection in the company of a second party and in a manner as provided by law.
