Administrator Recertification, BMP-201R April 13, 2018 – Kalispell, MT This is the Recertification training course for individuals who have already attained the Administrator Certification from Altitude Training Associates. The original certification and the recertification remains current for three years. You will need to provide your original Administrator Certification Number when applying for this course. BMP 201R: Administrator Recertification This one-day recertification class is designed for individuals working in or with the construction industry that are required to manage storm water during construction activities. This class is designed to update current Administrators on changing paradigms and technologies relevant to storm water management on a Permitted construction site. This class offers students the opportunity to learn about Montana DEQ’s storm water program and permitting requirements, learn about and the process and procedures for implementing, reviewing, and revising the documents, further develop a working knowledge of BMPs, and how to properly conduct and document routine inspections. The 8-hour class is conducted in the classroom and includes: lecture, group exercises, and discussion. The Recertification will be valid for 3-years. This intermediate level course will cover the following topics: Review of the Montana regulatory requirements for storm water management during construction Clarification of key sections in the permit Use of the to manage pollutant sources on a Permitted site Evaluating criteria and conditions for the proper selection of BMPs for pollution prevention Identifying and describing common storm water management issues requiring corrective actions ---PAGE BREAK--- BMP 201 R Administrator Recertification Kalispell, MT ~ April 13, 2018 ~ 8 AM – 4 PM Cost: $150/person Location: City of Kalispell Wastewater Treatment Plant 2001 Airport Road Kalispell, MT 59901 Recertifications issued to those who successfully complete the course.
