3/1/2021 Kalispell City Council to hear second reading of Parkline Trail designation I KECI 1/1 Kalispell City Hall. MISSOULA, Mont. — The Kalispell City Council is set to hear a second reading of designating the Parkline Trail on a stretch of land the city acquired from Burlington Northern Santa Fe. Construction could start this spring or summer. Kalispell also may approve the sale of two lots at the old school station industrial park south of downtown.
