By Nicole Miller KALISPELL - Posted: Aug 27, 2016 12:38 PM MDT Updated: Aug 27, 2016 12:38 PM MDT Comment sought on future of Kalispell rail park If you own property in Kalispell you may have gotten a survey in the mail asking for input on plans to build a rail industrial park for the area. The Core Area plan has been in the works since 2012 and would allow new routes for traÕc and pedestrians to Óow north to south through the old rail corridor. The city received a $10 million TIGER grant from the Department of Transportation to assist in funding last year. Now the city wants to move forward and is asking the public to weigh in and share ideas about the what the park should look like. Construction on the project is expected to begin next summer.
