Less Checklist 1 Required Best Management Practice (BMPs) Stormwater Management Plan Descriptive Narrative *Show on Map Initial Here 1 Identify staff to perform required site inspections and record keeping. 2 Identify temporary erosion control BMPs to prevent silt, dirt, topsoil, etc. from washing into the streets, alleys, drainage easements, drainage conveyance systems, and storm drains. X 3 Identify spoil areas and staging areas that are a part of the project/construction site. X 4 Identify permanent erosion control techniques for all disturbed land areas related to the project activity before final occupancy of structures located thereon. 5 Identify clearing techniques to retain natural vegetation and retain natural drainage patterns. 6 Identify techniques to stabilize soil within fourteen (14) days of clearing or inactivity in construction. 7 Identify techniques to stabilize or cover soil stockpiles at the end of EACH workday. 8 Identify wind erosion techniques to prevent the blowing of dust or sediment from the site. 9 Identify techniques that divert upland runoff past disturbed slopes. X 13 Keep solid waste materials in either a container or an enclosed waste collection area on site. Identify trash container on map. X 14 Store chemicals, paint, petroleum, fertilizer and pesticides in a covered enclosure. X 15 Dispose of empty/unused chemical and hazardous waste containers in accordance with label instruction. 16 Perform daily cleanup of construction site to ensure that all litter is contained in an appropriate enclosure or container.
