X 3 Identify spoil areas and staging areas that are a part of the project/construction site. X 4 Identify permanent erosion control techniques for all disturbed land areas related to the project activity before final occupancy of structures located thereon. 5 Identify clearing techniques to retain natural vegetation and retain natural drainage patterns. 6 Identify techniques to stabilize soil within fourteen (14) days of clearing or inactivity in construction. 7 Identify techniques to stabilize or cover soil stockpiles at the end of EACH workday. 8 Identify wind erosion techniques to prevent the blowing of dust or sediment from the site. 9 Identify techniques that divert upland runoff past disturbed slopes.
