CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 14th day of May 2024, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Stephanie Quezada-Juarez for a Special Use Permit allowing a Family Daycare Home for five children or less, on the property described as Lot 3 Blk 2 Bryan Henry Sub #1 (NE 18- 8-17), more commonly known as 802 9th Avenue East, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by May 8th, 2024, or physically submitted by May 10th, 2024.
