CITY OF JEROME NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 1st of September, at the hour of 5:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the Jerome City Council at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from EHM Engineers, Inc., representing BBL Property Investments, LLC for a Complete Plat Vacate of the property described as the following: Jerome Professional Park as the same is platted in the official plat thereof, recorded December 29, 2008 as Instrument No. 2086769, records of Jerome County, Idaho, also known as, A Portion of the northeast ¼ of the northeast ¼ of Section 30, Township 8 South, Range 17 East, B.M., Jerome County, Idaho, containing 30.10 acres more or less. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND, and shall have an opportunity to be heard. Public will have the opportunity to comment at the hearing. Persons are encouraged to submit any and all written comments by August 28, 2020.
