CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 13th day of February 2024, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Juan Gonzalez, for a Special Use Permit renewal, allowing residential use, on the property located at Lots 7 & 8, Block 77 Jerome Townsite 50’ x 125’ (SW 18-8-17), more commonly known as 141 1st Avenue East, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by February 7th, 2024 or physically submitted by February 9th, 2024.
