CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 23rd day of September 2025, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Lorena Ortega for a Variance reducing the side setback from seven feet to five feet on the parcel described as Lot 6 of Blk 21 of the Jerome Townsite 18-8-17, more commonly known as 401 6th Avenue East, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by September 17th, 2025, or physically submitted by noon September 19th, 2025.
